Who can use it

Hall of Fam is for parents or guardians setting up a family achievement game for kids in their own household. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Kids access through parent-issued logins.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the goals, rewards, and rules you set up for your kids. We assume you and your co-parent have agreed on what shows up here.

Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't use the app to monitor or manage anyone outside your household.

What we provide

We provide the software as-is. We try hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime or that any specific feature stays available forever. If something major changes, we'll let you know in advance when we can.

Pricing

If a paid tier exists at the time you read this, the current price and what's included will be on the pricing page or your account settings. Price changes don't apply retroactively to an active subscription.

Termination

You can delete your household at any time from settings, which permanently removes your data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, send abusive content, or attempt to attack the service.

Disclaimers + liability

Hall of Fam is a parenting tool, not parenting advice. Tier rewards, penalties, and crew rules are configurable defaults — you decide what fits your kids. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email the household coach before it takes effect.
